Returns Policy
We Accept Returns or Exchanges for the Following Reasons
• Faulty/Damaged items
• Incorrect Size

Note: Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. For incorrect sizes or change-of-mind returns, you will receive store credit.

Items must be in new, unworn condition, including tags and original packaging. Footwear & Accessories must be returned in the original box, packaged inside a protective shipping box, or for accessories, a bubble padded mailing bag. Returns sent in alternate/non-protective packaging will be refused.
Return Criteria
Our 5 day policy begins from the time of marked delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we cannot process your return.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for the payment of returns and do so at their own expense.

If your shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item open a support form with a description of the issue. We will review each case individually. Whenever possible, we will repair or replace the item. If a replacement isn’t available, you will receive store credit or a full refund. Above the Ground is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft that occur during shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
All products are quality-checked before dispatch. Claims of defective goods must be made within 5 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos showing the issue. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and not considered defects. Above the Ground is not liable for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is defective. If approved, store credit or a replacement will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed.
