Please note all times are an estimate and are subject to delays.

• Australia Standard: 4-6 Business Days
• Australia Express: 2-4 Business Days
• International Standard: 14-21 Days
• International Express: 5-9 Days
Tariffs and Import Fees
US customers – As of Tuesday, March 4th, you can still shop with no extra duties or taxes if your order is under USD $800. This could change soon — we’ll do our best to keep you posted.

For everyone else:
Import fees are imposed by your government, ATG does not receive any of the funds you pay towards these duties and taxes. Import taxes depend on where you live. You can get a quick estimate using the: Simply Duty Calculator (just type in “shoes” as the product).

This applies especially to our team in the UK & Europe.

Please note:

If you choose not to pay your local import fees and the item is returned to us, we’ll refund your order minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost — basically, shipping both ways.

If your parcel is missing, please check the tracking and contact the courier first. If they attempted delivery or are holding the parcel, it’s your responsibility to follow up directly with them. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed to the address provided at checkout.
We Accept Returns or Exchanges for the Following Reasons
• Faulty/Damaged items
• Incorrect Size

Note: Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. For incorrect sizes or change-of-mind returns, you will receive store credit.

• Items must be in new, unworn condition, including tags and original packaging.
• Shoes & Accessories must be returned in the original shoe box, packaged inside a protective shipping box.
Return Criteria
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If your return is eligible, please initiate the process within 5 business days of receiving your order. We are unable to process a return beyond 5 days of receipt. Items that don’t meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense.
Return Process
To request a return, open a return ticket with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which cannot be reimbursed.
Refused Shipments & Unclaimed Orders
If your shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Final Sale Policy
All sales on marked items, collaborations are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, open a ticket with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually. Whenever possible, we will repair or replace the item. If a replacement isn’t available, you will receive store credit or a full refund. AboveTheGround is not responsible for any damages, losses, or theft that occur during shipping.
